In this seminar, we will explore methods from traditional Hollow Stem Augers w/ Split Spoons, Direct Push casing w/ Split Spoons, and Cone Penetration Testing all performed with Direct Push Machines. This seminar is part #1 of a mini-series … Part #2 to the series will be an outdoor Demonstration of the applications discussed in series #1 immediately following.

Dual Tube Sampling: Multiple Applications in a Single Boring

Dual Tube systems are quickly becoming the standard for Direct Push sampling. The sample quality, time of sampling, cased hole, and multi-phase use, make them highly effective and preferred. This Demonstration will show dual tube systems obtaining soil samples, groundwater samples, and installation of monitoring wells.
